Justin Weil, President
Justin has been in the solar thermal industry for 12+ years and is a leader in the field of solar thermal. He and the SunWater Solar team have designed and built scores of solar hot water systems throughout the state, including some of the largest solar thermal installations in Northern California. Justin holds a solar thermal certification from NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners).

Chris Chappell, Director of Sales
Chris brings over twelve years of sales experience and management to his role with SunWater Solar. He is a Certified Green Building Professional and has been the featured speaker at many events in California focusing on solar thermal technology and water conservation.

Patrick O’Boyle, Director of Communications
With more than eleven years of communications experience, Patrick manages  SunWater Solar’s public relations and marketing efforts, as well as project management. Patrick strives to increase public awareness of solar thermal technology while also attracting new clients to SunWater Solar.
