SunWater Solar has been installing a Cogenra system at the new Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park, Calif.
It’s been a banner year for SunWater Solar and California’s solar thermal industry, and morale is running high around the SunWater office as 2010 winds down. Sales of commercial solar hot water systems are surging and there are many exciting opportunities on the horizon. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their business, as well as our partners for their contributions to our success.
Looking back, here is a review of some of our most important successes in 2010:
Company Focus & Projects
• New focus on commercial-only systems, rather than residential systems
• Increased focus on system design, consulting and product integration
• Built/signed many large commercial jobs, including multi-family and apartment buildings, two federal courthouses and a university
California Solar Initiative-Thermal
• Worked closely with officials to develop the CSI-T rebate program
• Submitted many CSI-T rebate applications, with more in process
Public Outreach
• Launch of the SunWater blog, Facebook page and Twitter platform
• Exhibited at the Solar Power International 2010 trade show in LA
• Increased media coverage of SunWater Solar
We’re looking forward to 2011, when SunWater Solar and the solar thermal industry will fly higher than ever. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from everyone at SunWater Solar!
