SunWater Solar, Schuco and a handful of other renewable energy companies are the focus of a new documentary video produced by CreaTV (Channel 15 Comcast in California).  Filmed in December 2010, the 55-minute video introduces the San Jose Green Vision Showcase, which we highlighted in a previous SunWater blog entry.  The documentary will soon air on CreaTV, and will also be distributed to community access TV stations throughout the U.S.

Highlights of the documentary include:

• Footage of the press conference announcing the Showcase opening
• Interviews with San Jose officials, exhibitors and members of the public
• Close-up views of the clean technologies on display

In the video, SunWater’s Pat O’Boyle discusses the CSI-Thermal rebate program (23:30) and solar thermal system maintenance (28:10).

The San Jose Green Vision Showcase is now open on Saturdays for public tours, and is well worth a visit.  Group tours for school and professional groups are available by appointment.
